Original research by Hope students on topics ranging from the foraging efficiency of sparrows, to the effect of high-tempo music on sprint swimming, to anti-immigrant violence in the United Kingdom, to Don Quixote and social media will be highlighted during the collegeɫəs annual A. Paul and Carol C. Schaap Celebration of Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity on Friday, April 11, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Richard and Helen DeVos Fieldhouse.

The ɫ film ɫɜT-Rex,ɫɝ which is about Claressa "T-Rex" Shields from Flint, who at age 17 became the first woman in history to win the gold medal in the 2012 Olympic boxing, will be shown at Hope College on Wednesday, March 26, at 6:30 p.m. in the Knickerbocker Theatre.

The ɫ film ɫɜCounted Out,ɫɝ which emphasizes math literacyɫəs importance for democracy and economic opportunity, will be screened twice at Hope College on Tuesday, March 25, at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the Knickerbocker Theatre in downtown Holland.
