The Hope College Concert Band will perform on Thursday, Dec. 6, at 7:30 p.m. in Dimnent Memorial Chapel.
The public is invited. Admission is free.
The Concert Band consists of Hope students, alumni, and community members from the Holland and Zeeland area. The band will perform a wide variety of music and will showcase several student conductors from the college亚洲色吧檚 music education program.
The concert program will feature 亚洲色吧淐ourtly Airs and Dances,亚洲色吧� by Paul Nelson; 亚洲色吧淰ariations on a Korean Folk Song,亚洲色吧� by John Barnes Chance; 亚洲色吧淓pinicion,亚洲色吧� by John Paulson; 亚洲色吧淒usk,亚洲色吧� by Steven Bryant; 亚洲色吧淔olk Song Suite,亚洲色吧� by Vaughan Williams; 亚洲色吧淭occata,亚洲色吧� by Frank Erickson; and 亚洲色吧淧relude, Siciliano, and Rondo,亚洲色吧� by Malcolm Arnold.
The student conductors will include sophomore Genevieve Janvrin of Woodridge, Ill.; sophomore Melissa Johnson of Livonia; sophomore Allie Kessel of Custer; sophomore Leah Marie Peterson of Holland; senior Jessica Wells of Indian Creek, Ill; junior Rachael Whitmore of Clarkston; and junior Jacquie Woudenberg of Holland.
Dimnent Memorial Chapel is located at 277 College Ave., on College Avenue at 12th Street.
