Big Read Lakeshore Featuring ɫɜDreamersɫɝ Author Yuyi Morales Nov. 13-14
Author Yuyi Morales, whose New York Times-bestseller picture-book memoir ɫɜDreamersɫɝ is the focus of this yearɫəs Little Read Lakeshore organized by Hope College, will discuss her career in writing and illustrating childrenɫəs books, her heritage, and the importance of fostering bilingual children during keynote presentations in both Holland and Muskegon on Wednesday and Thursday, Nov. 13 and 14.

Susan Brondyk Named to Board Developing Mentoring Program for Educators
Dr. Susan Brondyk, who is the Irwin B. and Margie E. Floyd Associate Professor of Education and department chair at Hope College, has been named to the Advisory Board of Project IMPACT, which is slated to create curricular, professional development and standards to be used by mentors to support new administrators, counselors and teachers in Michiganɫəs schools.
