Student Housing Data

Rates are determined by the Business Services Office at the beginning of each calendar year. The Business Services Office maintains the official housing rates. Project rates are included below for budgeting purposes; rates are increased at 3.54% annually in line with previous historical increases.  Hope College provides a 50% discount for Hope summer student researchers (indicated in parentheses).  

  • 2022 = $155 ($78)/week
  • 2023 = $160 ($80)/week*
  • 2024 = $166 ($83)/week*
  • 2025 = $172 ($86)/week*
  • 2026 = $178 ($89)/week*
  • 2027 = $184 ($92)/week*

*Projected based on historical increases. Final amount charged to sponsored programs may vary from projected rate in future budget years.
